I was on a time crunch and although I understand training new people , it was the sales associate I got so it was a long visit.

When I arrived all the sales associates were busy so I waited, three more people came after me and they were waiting. When the manager, who was the first to be available, became available to take me she didn't. Although I have been waiting she took some else instead. I didn't like that. When the next sales associates came in, she started helping me. She was very good. her name is Maria L.

I spent about 1 and 1/2 hours looking for 2 graduation gifts. The associate who assisted me , Gladys, was very helpful. I changed my mind so many times but she was polite, offered suggestions, kept putting combinations of charms together for me without fail. She was excellent. I think the reason why I could not decide was that the selection was not great, nothing really WOWed me. Most of the charms were very glittery and the 2 females I was buying for are more about color not bling. I remember you having a better selection of colorful charms than I saw today. I love the murano glass charms and the selection was extremely limited.

I was satisfied with my experience, they were nice. it is just that I find that I am highly satisfy with another store that I frequent more, the Rockingham mall store, NH.

I was satisfied with this visit Maha H was very nice. The problem is with my last visit I was not offered boxes for my purchases and was not explained the return policy, neither was the survey pointed out to me. I went in hoping to purchase the owl or the dragon fly after purchasing the bracelet and clips. However, they had neither so I picked something else without giving it much thought. I was told I could bring back the charm if I changed my mind BUT was not told if I wore it that I would not be able to bring back. This policy really needs to be stressed at time of purchase. Return policy is kind of shady on the slip I read "Items purchased at Pandora can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt." After you read that you think okay not a problem, but the next line reads "Merchandise must be unused and in original condition." It should read you wear you own it. In big bold letters or sign off on the policy after being properly explained. Very shady.
