The salesperson was rushed and appeared to be overwhelmed. She also gave me the wrong size bracelet which required a return visit to a different store the following day for an exchange. She also did not attempt to help me with or explain the concept of clip charms, briefly referring to them as “stoppers.” I also had an ID.me discount which she did not know how to apply.

Overall a very null experience the associate that helped did not seem enthusiastic to do her job she was very mono and didn’t really care for what what going on. Her words were. We don’t have that size in stock so you can either wait till we get it but you have until set date. Which made me to believe either I try to find the size I need or I’m stuck with it. I had to ask her I order to get more information.

The sales associate did not have an adequate knowledge of the charms (Essence) that I wished to purchase. Several times I told her I wanted the charms that slipped on and that they had silicone “inside” them but she kept showing me clip-on charms. After several frustrating minutes I asked to look a catalog but the store had none available. Then my husband remembered that they were “essence” charms and another associate pointed us to the right area.

When I arrived there were sales people not helping customers, yet I had to wait for the "next" sales person. WHY???? Also the ring I wanted was not available because it is very popular. If so, feel there should have been more ordered.

Two people in the party was not allowed to go in together. So I waited in line for someone to get out before I enter. The sales associate that let people in the store skip me and let the person behind me to go into the store. I asked her why I can't go in? She replied she thought I was only accompany my friend and not making a purchase. I told her yes, I am accompany a friend but I might make a purchase as well. Also, my friend was making a return and exchange and was paid under my credit card. She doesn't want a store credit so I have to go in with her. So we made a swap when she got the correct size for the bracelet and I went in to return the item. The person who let people in the store still giving us a hard time say we can't just swap. If we don't swap, then how can I get the credit back on my credit card? I understand COVID have people restrictions rule. I did follow. I line up like everyone else. But when it is my turn to go in the store your employee wouldn't let me in.

The staff and manager are not friendly. My exchange was met with lots of questions. I was not treated as a special customer. It was said they exchanges after 30 days for some customers. I had received the free bracelet 8/12/2018 but the size was not correct. I had called and returned to the store several times but the mesh bracelet remained out of stock. I went to another pandora but they were also out of stock. This other store was kind enough to write on the receipt not to worry about the 30days. I will not retire to the Peabody store.
