The sales associate was very rude. In my previous purchases from Pandora (within the same week). Everyone asked my to enter my email address for warranty and receipt. But she told me Pandora doesn’t keep costumers information and I can’t renter my email address. However, once I swiped my card, my account popped up. So isn’t that keeping costumer’s information?

The sales associate Julissa R was very rude. Her attitude was uncalled for and I didn’t appreciate it. It made shopping not fun anymore. Overall very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Associate was aggressive and rude. I was the only person in the entire store and she kept barking at me like I was doing something wrong. I understand Covid protocol, but the amount of aggression towards me as a customer leads me to believe she should just stay home and away from customer interaction entirely. And she did an awful job wrapping up my item.

I was told that their system crashed so my order was canceled and I had gotten a discount online but they said that they could not give me the discount! They didn’t try at all to make me a satisfied customer!

As soon you walking they have a attitude I know is holidays and tired but the product Pandora sells is not cheap at all and I think if you want customer come back and buy more should have less attitude to customer a smile won’t kill nobody.

Manager, Julia, was extremely rude to waiting customers! Reported to Jamie in the consumer affairs office today.
