The staff were knowledgeable, especially Henrietta. She showed me pieces that went together. I bought the pieces that she presented to me. The store was clean and the staff were attentive to the customers needs.

They were amazing at helping me pick out my friends birthday present. She gave me a ton of options and told me about the credit card and other helpful info

I rarely shop in stores anymore because generally retailers will say: "Oh, we have that at our ___ location, or, we only carry that online. Other reasons I don't shop in stores a lot is because of poor customer service. With that being said, this was not my experience at Pandora. Friendly staff, nice selection of merchandise, and many things are fashion friendly, no matter age, size, style.

Pandora has great service. They can be super helpful. They also have a clean store and have nice products.

The associate who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She attempted to assist me with my exchange although it was not possible.
