The sales associate was very helpful in finding the perfect charms for me. I went in looking for only one item and came out with a couple beautiful pieces. She was very nice.

Most visits to Pandora the store is very busy. Today their was plenty of staff and she took the time to help my select what I asked to see.

I was in a hurry to grab my desired product as they were going to close in an hour & also i desperately needed the product i purchased. As soon as I walked in the store, a sales lady at the counter asked if i needed help. I showed her the photo of the product & asked for the size & within SECONDS i was shown the ring in the exact size! The staff showed me the ring and asked if this was the one i wanted, i confirmed, and then made the purchase right away. One lady boxed it BEAUTIFULLY and another lady did payment. With the help of 2 team members I was in the store for what felt like less than 5 minutes! I felt very valued & i will definitely come again!!!
