The store staff went above and beyond to help me with my exchange. At first, I was very upset at the fact that I could not get a store credit for my return (with gift receipts) unless it was for 30% less (because it was from another store). I wanted to came back (with a store credit) when I had more time to shop. Regardless my salesperson was very patience with me while I looked to exchange my gifts. She suggested numerous items and I did indeed find something I really liked. I thanked her tremendously for her time and patience. She is the reason I will continue to shop at Pandora for myself. Although I am not too crazy about your new return policy and Im not sure if I will continue to buy gifts for individuals. What is the purpose of a gift receipt if the recipient cannot take it to any store and exchange it at their conveinence It is useless. I have never purchased a gift card for someone - but is this available to use at any store? Perhaps this will be the route I take going forward.
