Alessandra really helped me with my exchange of bracelets. I had bought it too small and she exchanged it for a bigger size. Then she helped me pick out a couple of charms for my bracelet. She took the bracelet and cleaned it and put new charms on and arranged them for me. Really appreciated all her help.

I was highly satisfied since all the employees were really nice and easy to talk to. I had no problem with anyone it was a smooth visit. I went to exchange a ring and it took less than 10 min, really fast costumer service.
