THere wasa a very long line, even outside the store. The Sales assoc. took my name and called me when it was my turn. Another sales assoc. met me I showed her the picture of what I wanted and with-in less than 5 minutes my transaction was completed.

Anna was an amazing help. We were trying to get a multi generational gift for my mom and everyone made it possible! The manager and assistant manager in Hawthorne mall were great!
