I love that the assistant was attentive and that she focused on helping me the entire time. She followed me around so that she can answer my questions without getting distracted with others. They also have great selections of earrings I was looking for. For the price, it wasn't that expensive. It's cubic zirconia but I own a bunch of those and have no qualms about it. But what I like is that their metals aren't fake and can last longer without changing its color. Loved my buy 2 get 1 free promo.

Staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions. Since I shop at the store on a regularly basis they have remembered my name and even sent me a thank you card on my last visit. The called when a charm I had requested finally arrived at the store and kept it till I was able to pick it up the following week.
