The store tried to upsell too much. I was on my lunch. I would of liked to just do my exchange.

The store was not that busy so the sales associate was available right away. She showed me a special that was available, but was not pushy when I said no after I explored the possibility of spending more to get the special.

Very friendly salesperson, with lots of knowledgable information about all the merchandise in which I required about. Love the atomsphere, will be returning next month. Thanks for making my sister's 50th birthday gift so awesome!

I had made my selection online, (a ring) but did not know which size was going to fit properly. When i arrived in the store, all of the representatives were assisting other customers, but this gave me the opportunity to look around to see where the ring itself was located. When a representative became available, I simply told her which ring I wanted, but didn't know the size, she asked which finger I wanted it for, and pulled a few sizes out until I found the right one. It was fast, easy, and I was happy to get the item I was looking for, and still have a few minutes of my lunch break to grab something to eat before returning to work. :)

My sales associate was very friendly & easy to work with as well as very professional & knowledgeable. She was very patient with me & I never felt rushed or pressured. She made my experience very pleasant & fun.

The staff was extremely nice and well knowledgeable. The quality of the products was great and there was a good selection to choose from, even if you are looking at the lower price range. I definitely will be returning for the matching ring.
