I was very satisfied with my visit not only because of the store but it was mostly because of the person who helped me out. I walked in knowing what bracelet I wanted but not what charms I wanted or the clips that she recommended me. She was very helpful and very patient with me and gave me good options. When I return, i’ll make sure that I will go with her.

This is the best Pandora store in the World from the sales staff to Management team. My favorite Assistant manager at this store is the best. I love this woman she rocks!!!!

The prices and selections are good.

The associated was very nice. The store was very organized. The prices are very reasonable.

She spent a lot of time fitting me with the bracelet. I was so pleased with the exchange I purchased a second bracelet.

Christina helped me during my visit to Pandora at Hawthorn Center in Vernon Hills, IL. She is very knowledgeable about Pandora's products and a great stylist! She helped me with creative ways to stack some of the newer ring styles and she is always so fun to work wth! She's been a great help every time I visit! Also, I really love vintage design and less blingy styles. Pandora has eliminated all of the design attributes that I loved so much in the past (oxidation, surface textures, very fine details, symbolic charms, abstract designs, different shapes and sizes of charms, better quality in the past, better value in the past, natural stones, semi-precious stones, all-silver charms without gaudy CZs). I have collected Pandora for over 10 years and over the last 3-4 years, less and less of Pandora's products have excited me. However, this summer, I really liked the feather pendant. And now, this autumn collection has really drawn me back into the store! There's so much to love with the Autumn 2018 collection. A few of the charms remind me of older, more intricate charms of the past. Finally, something more elegant!!
