I was highly satisfied with my experience because everyone was very friendly and helpful. When you walk through the door you’re greeted immediately and asked if you need any assistance. Everyone is very helpful when you ask a lot of questions about a product.

My salesperson made my visit to Pandora extremely pleasurable. She took the time to assist me in my selection of charms and free item of choice with my purchase of $100. She also took the time to rearrange my charms on my bracelet and gave me a one-time cleaning. She also recommended a safety chain which no one has ever mentioned to me with any of my purchases.

The sale associate was very friendly and very helpful. There was a lot of merchandise available. Did not have to wait for an associate to help me.
