Today was an unexpected visit to introduce my Grandchildren to ANGELA, my sales associate. ANGELA reminded me of the current sale, and made our trip delightful. My Grandchildren picked out a Family charm for me, as well as, the ‘popcorn’ charm! We were there to see a movie which is something we do regularly for the past 10 years. The sale allowed my Granddaughter to choose a RING as the free item! She was so happy and surprised as this is her Birthday month. A quick hello turned into a wonderful shopping experience.

Love the Vernon Hills Pandora store. Great associates, friendly atmosphere, do not feel rushed to make a purchase. Came in to make a purchase from Janet who has helped me before but she was not there. Bianca and Christine stepped in to help in her absence. Both are remarkable people who have me excellent service.

Rachael and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They helped me find the perfect charm to add to my bracelet. I will definitely go back to this Pandora location because of the staff.
