I walked in the store with the expectation of just browsing around. Once this friendly face with a great attitude approached me , she had me. Felices has top notch customer service skills. Very knowledgeable and most of all comprehensive to my needs. She truly made my experience wonderful considering it was my first time at Pandora. Walked out happy and with a special piece of jewelry that means a lot to me remembering my mother may she Rest In Peace. Thank you again Felice!
