Feliece, the sales associate is so knowledgeable, caring & has so much brilliant options to choose. I was disappointed with my first choice bracelet then she kept finding ways to make that disappointment a road to a greater choice in a matter of minutes

They had exactly what I wanted. In the customer service is fast. Love when I walk in the offer me water from the long walk in the mall. Every time I go in they always remember who I am

The associate was very helpful to me. I went in with one idea and she showed me all the possible heart collections and I found a cooler looking piece. Plus this was my first time inside a Pandora store, cuz my boyfriend always gets my Pandora collections as gifts. The store was very clean too! Thank you for a great experience!
