The staff was very friendly. They called other locations to try to help us find the bee beard. They spent the time necessary to help us find what we were looking ofr.

There was an associate available once we walked into the store. For the occasion my sister and I were shopping for was my mother's graduation. The associate was very helpful and showed us a various amount of options and different ideas for a bracelet. She was very kind and approachable and very helpful. Overall it was an amazing experience.

The person who helped me out was very nice and helpful. She also cleaned my braclet very nicely and was able to help me decide the charm I wanted to pick. Every time I come to the store it’s always very clean and lights shine brightly to make me want to shop in the store
