Pandora Jewelry

As I was checking out I applied for a Pandora card, sales rep offered 10% discount yet another rep was being nosy into her screen and then in front of me flat out told the rep she cannot give me the discount because its a shine collection. The rep verified beforehand, she did give me the discount but after this whole ordeal happened. The nosy rep should of asked my sales rep to come to the side and discussed this quietly instead of making me feel uncomfortable. I will be returning all items as I am NOT happy with how she made me feel like I was begging for a discount that I did not know about prior to applying for the credit card.

I came in looking for some very specific items and the associate knew exactly what I was talking about. She even recommended things that I would like and everything was very smooth and awesome service from the team overall.

Alessandra was very kind and attentive! She helped me by giving me her suggestions. She also gave me lots of information on the new line coming out. She’s very friendly and it was very easy to make a conversation with her!

I didn't know much about Pandora other than my wife always wanted its' products. Bianca showed and educated me on what to purchsase. Other store associates helped also. A great experience.

The sales people were nice. The merch was pretty. And the price was nice.

Sales associate was very attentive. She was knowledgeable about product and asked why we were shopping.(for who and what occasion) She made a few gift suggestions and we selected one of them. She also gift wrapped to fit the occasion...St Pat 60th bday for my sister with a green bow!
