Joan was amazing! She was helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. As soon as I stepped foot into the store, she was assisting me. I loved her suggestions and tips on how to style and reset my bracelets. I had never been to this store because of the 45 minute drive and high taxes compared to Milwaukee, but I WILL be choosing this store vs Mayfair after I had that experience.
