The sales associate was very helpful and friendly, she knew exactly what the college students like. Christina showed me what I was looking for and then offered several more pieces which could go with my purchase, perhaps at a later date. The store was clean, and the whole process was very efficient.

Alessandra was great! Visited the store to see if I could return a gift item purchased from another store, no problem! Returned to make the exchange, she remembered us and thanked us for coming. Made the exchange and she helped with another selection plus made my bracelet sparkle! Great customer service!

Not only was Bianca an excellent sales person but two other sales people were thoughtful enough to offer suggestions. Everyone could not have been kinder. My son-in-law mentioned to me that he thought the sales help is very well trained. He is in sales himself. I absolutely agree with him.

I was highly satisfied because my charms were sliding on the outside of the clips on my bracelet, and the associate showed me the clips with silicone which fixed the problem.
