Mu husband & I were very satisfied with the service we received from Janet and Bianca at the Hawthorne Mall. We will be celebrating our 50th wedding Anniversary and they were very helpful in showing us how we could use the # 5 & 0 together in silver and put a gold charm between the numbers. I never thought about mixing the gold and silver but we loved the way it looked and that made the sale!!

Sales associates were very sweet and allowed me to browse peacefully and unrushed. They showed me how they often wear their own rings (we had very similar taste) and her advice was very helpful.

Pandora in Hawthorn mall, Vernon Hills, IL had the oxidized items I was searching for. It is otherwise IMPOSSIBLE to find oxidized Pandora items and I am so pleased this location had a few oxidized items left! The staff is so friendly and helpful.

For Christmas by boyfriend bought me my first pandora bracelet but it was a little bit too small and the clasp was hard to open with my nails. Upon arriving to the store I was greeted by Rana and she advised she would pair me with the next available associate. Due to the busy season and sale, Rana decided to help me herself. I did not wait long. Rana is a sweetie ! Very knowledgeable, personable, relatable and knowledgeable!

Kept everyone moving efficiently she sales girls know the product well. My suggestion: It would be great if Pandora would make a nice jewelry box. I have quite a few brackets, earrings, and a few rings. I have a few small boxes from Pandora, but a large box with drawers would be great
