Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Daria was very helpful. I wasn’t sure if I was going to make my purchase that day or not, but came back to make the purchase with Daria. She was on break, but I really wanted her to get the sale so the store manager was nice enough to help me out on her behalf.

Knowledgeable Staff. My saleswoman Sunny was very pleasant. She was patient with me. Transaction was quick after decision to buy.

the staff at your Vernon Hills store are very friendly! I love shopping at that location. However will hot shop at the parie crossing WI location due to rude store clerks! I was treatrd like I can’t afford pandora.

I had such a wonderful experience at Pandora. I spoke to the Asst Mgr who graciously helped me to get free bangles with my purchases. She also helped me select the bling charms to go on these bangles. I will definitely visit this store again because of her.
