Upon my description of the item I was looking for,they immediately understood what I wanted and showed to me.They thanked me for my purchase and invited me to come back to the Store for my future Pandora purchase.Overall a great experience.

I come to this location ,Hawthorn Mall, for many years and I love it. Staff is friendly, especialy Daria, store is bright, clean and sparkly! Spent about $3500 so far overthere and going back soon...

I wasn't quite sure if I would find a unique charm for my daughter for Christmas. My sales person was so helpful and not pushy that I felt like I was part of the Pandora franchise and felt like I talking to one of my family members instead of a sales person.
