Simple Customer Service excellent besides Quality Merchandise

The associate was highly knowledgeable about what they had in store. She was very nice and showed a variety of different jewelry. She also offered water and snacks which made the experience better.

Associate was too serious, kept offering gift boxes after I said no a few times. Kept asking if I wanted to see anything else once I was done purchasing.

It was after 5 pm and staff member said they didn’t have the 100 years Donald Duck charm. She went and talked with another salesperson and then got it from the back room. Then another salesperson brought us the certificate (she forgot about it). Finally, we had to ask for the special box band. We are glad we knew about everything, or wouldn’t have gotten what we came for…
