Karina had the patience to show me different jewelry, great customer service. I was happy with the purchase I made. Definitely going back to purchase jewelry with her.

Three salesgirls were conversing when I entered the store. One salesgirl immediately left the group, asked how she could help, and immediately got the necessary poperwork started for my transaction. (I had my wife's bracelet to be cleaned). While working on the paperwork, another girl examined my bracelet, counting the charms, and added this info to the papers. I was told it would take about 20 min, and was there anything I would like to see while waiting. I looked around for a few min and found a piece I liked and the girl was right there to remove it from the display so that I could better see it. I agreed to purchase the item and a piece was taken from stock for me. They also told me how they cleaned bracelets in the store and how I should maintain the bracelet at home. I left with a beautiful new charm, a new cleaning cloth, and a "have a good evening" from all three girls. Very pleasant experience all around.
