Usually Hawthorn Center has a really friendly team, but today I was surprised about one of the sellers, I think the lady was a manager. She open the door from the office and I was in front of that lady but she started to speak with another customer and I told her I was before that customer. 0 reactions.

I felt a little bit rushed during my visit. Granted, I did arrive 35 minutes before closing, so I understand many sales associates my have been ready to go home. Otherwise my visit was nice, I left with exactly what I intended to come in for <3 They even had the bracelet in my size (which the website said they didn't) so that was great! There are a few charms I tried on the bracelet but didn't purchase in that visit, I will definitely be back in the months to come to purchase. Thank you!

The charm I received seems to be a bit tarnished/scratched. I am thinking it must have been the display charm and not a newer one.
