Service was pretty quick had to wait couple minutes for the actual sale's person to help but other then that everything was smooth and easy thank you so much Elvia you were very helpful💕

The stock of items and sizes varies at different Pandora stores, making it frustrating if you are looking for something specific or need a size exchange. Also, there are too many items online that are out of stock.

The sale Associate was very nice and helpful on making my Selection of the purchase

I was rushed because there is a next customer waiting on the line, the item is great though.

Would have liked a matching birth stone necklace. The necklace shown was very expensive.

I was a little disappointed because that store has very small amount of 14k gold pieces.

Workers were friendly and excited to work. They were excited to show me the charms and excited to help. The area was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Some workers were pushy but that's expective.

I know staff have to work on promoting the merchandise but I wanted to buy one item. Staff member kept offering more items. Its her job so she was doing what she was trained to do.

I was looking for Harry Potter charms & they were available. The associates were really friendly. Checkout was easy
