When we initially entered the store there was an associate at the counter. When i walked up to the counter and started browsing the associate asked someone else to come help us. Was a little rude but the associate that helped us was great

The merchandise was hard to see as it was all stacked on top of each other. It was crowded in there so also hard to see in the cases.

They didn’t have my size in a bracelet I wanted.

The sale associates seemed a little distracted. They did attend me well but only one of them seemed truly interested in helping me out.

Let me just say the sales woman Elvia was outstanding! She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I also appreciated that she wasn’t pushy like some sales associates have been in the past. I will look for her next time I visit this pandora location. My reason for not being highly satisfied is the cleanliness of the store. I realize it was busy and also the weekend, however the store was absolutely filthy. Not just the counter tops but the inside glass of the counters were dirty. The jewelry in the display cases (not the trays, but the actual displays) were not properly faced forward, many were upside down and backwards.

sales reps were very busy and multi tasking with clients. I had to keep shuffling around the store to look at merchandise. The checkout process is tedious.
