I did not get my free earrings despite I spent more than $125.00 on this visit , the lady who helped me said the free earrings run out on the first day.

The only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is the store ran out of the free promotional earrings. I really was hoping to get a pair but they ran out the day before. The sales associates said Pandora only sent a limited quantity of the free heart earrings. Needless to say I was disappointed again that I missed a free promo item. Also the store didn’t have any new books, only the old 2018 fall/winter books. How will I know what I want to buy if I don’t know what’s coming up.

The only reason was that I purchased more than I wanted to. Not a bad thing actually.

The sales associate was assisting me when she noticed there was another customer in need of assistance and she was rushing me with my purchase. I felt rushed and uncomfortable after that point.

The prices are very pricey. It seems like i was being rushed by sales associate.

Wait time was long. While waiting noticed sales associates seemed friendly but rehearsed with their comments and answers. Store should have a greater so that the staff does not have to keep checking the entrance.

I have not yet received my receipt that was suppose to come to email. Also lack of certain charms that I was looking for.

I felt rushed, even though I went into the store knowing exactly what charms I wanted to purchase, as I called the store ahead of time to ensure they were in stock at that location. It seemed that the associates wanted to get through to the next customer as quickly as possible. Also, I asked for my Pandora Braclets to be cleaned ( I have 2 ), At first I was told that they didn't have time, NO. Then the assisant manager said yes, after she noticed I was going to purchase 8 charms.

Didn't have all of the charms I was looking for.

It was busy at Pandora Store hard to browse. Holiday day time so I felt pressured to buy what I wanted so the next person could order.
