I was looking for a Christmas gift and asked to look at silver charms. I had no idea which charm to get. the sales lady said sarcastically that she had ten trays that she could pull out and that was too much so I need to tell her which charm I wanted. However I did not have clue so how could I tell her? I ended up buying a ring because she wouldn’t pull out the charms because there were too Many to show me.

The waiting time for assitance was very long

The ring that I found on your site had a little bit different look . It looks worse in the store than on the site .

The charms themselves were not laid out. The catalogues were used to make the choice

Sales associate told me they did not have item without even looking. I asked her to look through stock and she still said no. Then I asked her to look up stock via iPad and she found they had over 20 of them, another sales associate had to find them. She had originally told me they hadn't had that charm for months. Very poor customer service.
