I'm a first time customer. Upon learning about the quality of the materials purchased I'm skeptical about the value that I paid for. I learned that the rose color materials do get tarnish therefore, I'm disappointed at this point. The purchase was for a gift now I'm hesitate about giving this to my niece.

I was satisfied but when I asked to get my bracelet cleaned, it usually takes over 30min, but this time the lady was in & out. I felt like she didn't clean it plus she seem like she was rushing so that I can buy products
