The Pandora Jewelry warranty was not explained very clearly. I was trying to get a Pandora ring fixed that was broken but they told me there was nothing they could do but it took a while before they straight out told me that. The sales representative was not very friendly.

It was just very busy and we waited quite a while. I wish that the display cases had more of a selection to view instead of tHe same things over again. I also wish there was an easier way to view the items that were on sale.

The prices are high and could be less, or please offer a coupon on certain special charms that could be offered. Could you maybe please have the prices more visible on the charms in order to make a decision on which one to purchase.

I would have been highly satisfied if the sales girl knew more about Pandora products. My husband and I were educating her about the different available Pandora items. She was friendly and professional just could have been better educated with Pandora knowledge.

The associate who helped us was very nice and took our time with us. The store itself waa very crowded but our associate didnt make me feel rushed or anything.

Went pretty smooth. Although I was looking around for about 15 min. And no one greeted me and asked me for help. I didn’t see that there was a person taking a names for a waitress big list until I heard someone’s name being called.

This was a gift purchase. After I gave the gift I noticed the charm had a some scratches on the decorative side. It’s unfortunate the charm looks like it’s been worn and scuffed.

Although the store was fairly empty, I was still required to 'sign in' and wait for a sales person to wait on me. I feel that when the store is not busy, this is unnecessary. Also, I often get the impression that I don't make a large purchase, I'm not worth the sales associate's time.

Associate had a little trouble finding charm I wanted. Took more time then I expected. Associate good but could have been more knowledgeable
