It was a very long wait for assistance. The greeter picked and chose with whom she would share the deals and sales available. A lot of associates were just talking with one another instead of helping customers. White customers took priority over blacks

I felt very very rushed with the associate - I was buying many gifts for the 2 for 1 special. Passed over to another associate. DO THEY WORK ON COMMISSION BECAUSE THATS WHAT I FELT LIKE. I GUESS SENDING OVER $1000.00 IN THE STORE WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE VERY VERY FIRST TIME BEING THERE.

I was pushed off to another sales associate and felt very rushed in my puchase. I spend a lot of money for gifts and needed to decide. She said please pick one. Wow really! How rude! Do they work on commission that they needed to help someone else? I spend $1000.00 in your store and was rushed!

I am not satisfied the price tags they said one unspecified price when in reality is other when is time to check out.

I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait over 10 minutes to make my purchase. When I first walked in the door, a lady held a clipboard and took my name. She told me that everyone was busy with other customers and I'd have to wait. There was a place for the clipboard on the counter, so it didn't make sense why she was holding it- seemed like a waste of another worker. I had a picture of the necklace I was looking for and just wanted to purchase that item - could've been easier to just have someone get it right when I got there and make the easy sale.

There was a problem with the PPC system and we were accepted but because of the system being down they weren't clear or upfront to say they would still give us the free gift. They waited till the end to tell us for sure we would get the free gift and it would have been nice to be reassured of that when I brought it up that they should.

Other customers were in with children and strollers so is hard to maneuver around them but the lady Lisa was wonderful very good like I was talking to one of my girls friend's
