My on line order was cancelled without my permission. I was out of town fir the holiday weekend and could not get to the store within the very short time frame you gave me. When I got to the store they told me my credit would take 7-10 days and I had to put out an additional $75 to re-puchase my order. To date I have not seen a credit on my cancelled order

I ordered 3rings for $99(promo) and the rings were a half size small so I went to the store to get a half size bigger. I ended up exchanging 2 for a half size bigger and 1 I exchanged it for another ring($45; which was also apart of the promo but unfortunately didn’t have my size online). The ring I didn’t want was originally was $50 with promo $34.14, with that being said I thought they would just exchange the ring to the one I want. Instead I had to pay $11.90 for the price difference because they couldn’t apply the promo since it’s not going on right now. I JUST GOT MY RINGS YESTERDAY promo ended about 7-9 days ago! Honestly feel like returning everything at this point.

My husband gave me the bracelet for Mother's Day 2022 and allowed me to pick it out. Well, the bracelet crown broke on August 13. When I went to the store they would only replace it and not allow me to choose a different style. I was extremely unhappy with my original choice; it is a terrible design so I had to purchase a different bracelet which was less than the original. It's not the store, it's the company's policy. Now I have two bracelets; one of which I absolutely do not like.
