Love the store but there wasn’t enough associates to take care of everyone. They are very friendly but I had to wait a good five minutes to even get acknowledged to be put on the help list. Also they went to other guest before they came to help me when I was up.

To long of a wait Inside of the store before someone helped me. Then I was rushed because they were ready to go. Clear as day I was standing there getting no help. I felt like they were doing it on purpose so I can walk out the door. They didn’t offer any deals didn’t ask if I was a member or anything. I just didn’t like the experience there.

I called Pandora first expressing concerns with my bracelet scratching my wrist and was advised to return it to the store. I went to the store and explain the problem, but the clerk seem as if she didn't believe me and wanted to investigate issue and instead of issue exchange she advised me to purchase clips to see if that would resolve issue.

I was looking for a ring and the sizes I wanted /needed were not in stock.

Staff could be a little more knowledgeable about products as well as upcoming products. That’s always disappointing when they don’t know about new or soon to be released pandora. Also, while the shop is clean where customers touch the merchandise isn’t always shiny and the inside of the cases are dirty. That’s not appealing to see. Just because customers aren’t touching there doesn’t me you don’t have to clean there.

Overall, there were not many folks there to shop and there were 4 employees, but none seem that interested to help me. I was passed onto another employee after a few moments. I think the customer experience could be better. Right before I left, another employee offered me a water, which was great.

The items are a bit pricey. There’s never a sale and promotions are very rare.

We loved Angela!! I would just ask her a question and this rude lady would cut me off. I really didn’t appreciate it, if I wanted an attitude I would’ve just shopped online and had no attitude in the first place.

Linda at the Hawthorn mall location was less than friendly and made our shopping experience miserable. From the moment she walked up I knew she had a bad attitude. When overpaying for charms - I at least want excellent customer service.
