The sales associates are very snooty. I know exactly what I want and signed in when I arrived in the store at 11:05 am. I saw 4 associates working there, 3 were helping people, one saw me and sort of smiled and went to the back room. I looked around, whe one of the other 3 were done, she went help a couple who came in after me and did not sign in and ignoring me. They told her they are just looking. I am standing there looking at her. She finally said hello. I told her what I want , paid and left. Not impressed.

Since I wanted to look at the sale items.... I felt that Sunny wasn't all into helping me since it probably wasn't going to be a high bill (little commission for her). Didn't really think she was very helpful....Maybe next time will be better

My salesperson was rude to my daughter who had a return from the deer park store. Was very short with her, quoted the wrong price on the item she was purchasing. Was not a good experience.

It WAS the week before Christmas, but I waited for over 3o mins. to buy 1 charm. I already knew which one I wanted...just needed to make sure they had it and buy it. There should be separate lines for people who need "consultations" and those who just want to pay and go.

I was having a hard time to hook the chain that i bought and the sales person didn't even offer help to do it. I even told her that i was having some difficulty. I just compared the length to the one I'm wearing since I can't hook the lock while trying it across my neck.

I went to the pandora store hoping to get a lot of options. The associate was rude, unfriendly, and not willing to share most options. It felt like it was an inconvenience to visit the store. The associate looked bothered since the moment I walked in the store. ( she was speaking to another associate) not sure if I was interrupting a conversation. I asked her a question and she replied with not inviting answers.

My daughter (Becky Stepen) went to a Pandora store, spent a lot of her hard earned money, but forgot to tell them that we have a 15% credit (due to a prior mess up. I have Pandora bracelets, rings and earrings Icollected since 2005.I also give Pandora as gifts. Pandora in Vernon Hills, IL starts with customers like myself standing outside in a line waiting for a turn to visit the store (which honestly is unnecessarily pretentious). After 40 minutes of waiting my husband and I were invited into the store; however, when I said I’d like to browse, I was met with an unfriendly attitude followed by an associate crawling up my backside as to whether or not I knew what I wanted. I am surprised by the expectation that I am immediately to know what I’d like to purchase without enjoying the process of discovery. I was invited to that location with a mailer certificate and I wanted to buy something with it. As I love Pandora I was excited to go to the store. The whole experience sucked. I would have had a better experience with customer service buying online. Going forward if I buy any more Pandora I will purchase from eBay (far less attitude). I’d like to point out as well that they don’t treat customers like myself at Tiffanys. Thank you for letting me air my disappointment.
