The associate stated she was a manager but didn’t know policies for Pandora. I had to escalate to a peer manager. When entering the store, she hesitated and stood away from the counter asking if I needed help. She wasn’t very warm and welcoming until she noticed after looking at my account that I actually spend a decent amount of money on items.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience because I have been shopping at the same location for months now and workers still assume I am buying gifts for a female partner. I'm not saying they have to remember me, quite the opposite. I just wish they wouldn't assume. It's very uninviting for me to begin looking for merchandise and a worker assumes who I'm with. It creates an unsafe environment. Do I correct them? Am I safe to correct them? How will they react? Especially in the older generation, I don't know what to expect. All it takes is a look to know I'm not welcome.

Sales associate does not know what she is doing. She is very slow. She does not speak when questions are being asked

The sales associate was rushing me too much I felt like I was in a time crunch to pick out my present and then she aggressively pointed me to the way to the register when I didn’t know where it was.

I was dissatisfied because my first transaction I was overcharged for my merchandise. And also had and issue with method of payment

The salesperson was not fully engaged in helping me select the right charm. I had to ask her to take out other trays for me to look at merchandise.

I understand that your store policy is to have a wait list so that customers are helped in the order they enter the store, but I was not there to have a sales associate show me charms. (On Black Friday I couldn't even get into the door of a store in Deer Park, Illinois, so I waited until a week before Christmas to try a Pandora store at a Hawthorn Mall late in the day on a Sunday). I had to wait 12 minutes for someone to get me a replacement bracelet as mine had broken. She said it would cost me $70, which I think is highway robbery. I asked the associate what it was made of for that price. It is the same bracelet I received FOR FREE when I bought my first charm several years ago which leads me to believe that you mark your merchandise up at an unreasonable percentage. Otherwise the bracelet would not be complimentary with the first purchase. And for that price, it should not break with normal wear. I am highly dissatisfied with the Pandora brand and the quality of its merchandise and doubt I will ever return.

i was trying to exchange a bracelet for a different size. It took 5 trips to the store. Sales people promised to eschange, to order the right size. Either they didn't order several time or the wrong size was ordered again.
