- 2 attendants for such a large store seems inefficient - waiting time as a result of previous statement was an inconvenience - attendant chewing gum very off-putting - attendant not letting me put charm (which I placed on hold & specifically came in for) on my bracelet b/c she had to "scan" it was rude...you scan the book, not the actual charm

This is the third time I visit in a different location Sale associates treat you as if you going to steal or can't afford the products.

I HAD A BROKEN CHARM AND THEY ASSOCIATE WAS UNABLE TO HELP AND UNWILLING TO HELP. IT WAS A GIFT I RECEIVED LAST APRIL AND I DID NOT KNOW THE PERSONS NUMBER TO GIVE HER AND SO SHE SAID SHE COULDNT RETURN IT AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT. SHE WOULD NOT OFFER ANY HELP OR SOLUTION AT ALL.

The sales rep who was assisting me stopped to assist another employee. I feel I was there to long for something simple.

The sales associates seemed to have an attitude. The greeter I met when walking in was the nicest Pearson there. Everyone else seemed they were in a bad mood and had no emotion really.

Associate was quickly just trying to sell me something and move on rather than understand what I was looking for. I was trying to tell her I wanted something unique and stunning bi she kept showing me boring and blah.

My fault for not asking the price. Helpful salespeople but the price wasn't mentioned until it was wrapped.

the small was too small and the medium was too large. She said I could add links to the small. I had no links that would fit, but come to find out the links were missing to add any links. The Pandora outlet in Pleasant Prairie WI fixed it and could not believe they sold this to me in this way. I will not return to this Pandora again. Only the one in Deerpark and Pleasant Prairie!

I told them this was a gift, she gave me a gift box I thought was for free because she did not say it wasn’t and I did not ask for and a cleaner that I assume was for free but it was not

Customer service sucks didn’t know anything about the charms or chains Didn’t want to give me a box to put bracelet in DIDNT want to show me how to put bracelet on very unprofessional
