Sales person was confused on merchandise, poor performance, manager did not help the sales assoc, i knew more about items offerred than sales assoccir manager. The Free bracelet was only available in a small or large, thats great, but i need a Large, i spend $300 and received nothing

I placed an order online to pick up in store when i arrived to the store there were two associates available and it took a while for me to get helped then they couldnt find my order once they did my order wasnt complete. I didnt like the bracelet that i had chose online in which it looked different in person i asked to exchange it the employee started going around asking if i could she had no idea what to tell me then i had to pay a difference because i got that on cyber monday even though the value of the bracelet was exactly the same. What was suppose to be a 5min pick up turned into 40minutes.

The associate that helped me was very rude to me. She did not make me feel welcome she was nasty and mean towards me she was throwing her hands up at me telling me there is nothing I can do out of 30 days,I got for my birthday that I was trying to get sized I did not know there was a 30 policy for sizing instead of her telling me that she just instantly got very rude with me, I did not have the recite the ring was a gift she had a issue looking up the recite for me. I have never been treated with such bad customer service until today. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I told her she should be ashamed of herself treating customers that way she treated me. I asked for someone else to assist me. When the other associate came to help Batya smacked her hand down on the counter at me and said THERE YOU GO! Such a nasty person as a MANGER! The other associate that helped me was so pleasant Unfortunately the first sale associate was still logged in when I checked out so the other associate that ended up helping me did not receive the credit for my purchase. I would like to make sure Henrietta gets credit for my sale. The rude associate name is Batya H 207302

Abigails attitude at the beginning was good but then she started to give me weird attitude. Her, co-workers, and so called “manager” were almost laughing at my face. Im very upset with the situation. I came to the store to exchange some jewelry my friends gave me literally like 2 days ago. She claimed that my ring was worn. When I literally already have that ring so I had no need to wear it. I wasn’t mad about that, I said I understood and proceeded to exchange. After that her attitude changed. She was not helpful. She was not promoting the jewelry like other associates have in the past. Keep in mind that I’m almost a regular at this store and everyone has always been so friendly. She basically did not want to show me the jewelry and she was laughing with her co-workers and lost her professional attitude.

Purchased a necklace and some wishbone, mentioned to the associate. I had lost a different set but I had also applied for a credit card so I was getting a discount. Associate recommended I purchase and if I find them I had thirty days to return. On may 10th returned into same store and was told they couldn’t take it because it looked worn. I explained and they said they couldn’t, take it I also felt not appreciated as a customer felt like they thought I couldn’t afford any of their merchandise maybe because of how I was dressed that day.

Sales associate was not helpful at all. Didn’t want to show me the merchandise and was not customer friendly. Very pushy too.
