Bianca A - 141891 had a very poor attitude. One minute she made it seem like she wanted to assist then the next second she pushing me off. Then she kept rushing like she didn’t want to help.. Major attitude issue but at the same time saying this is what she is here for is to help but at the same time rushing me with an attitude… This location is the worse I’ve ever been too… it amazes me they are still open with the poor customer service. No matter how much you complain it gets worse. If I want to take my time and and look before making a purchase I should have that luxury of doing so without being pushed off on someone else and without the attitude.. Poor customer service makes a person not like the product…

I was racially profiled when I purchased my ring the day prior came in the following day to size with receipt and original box and was told that it wasn’t there item I then got horsey and said check your cameras I was here yesterday and bought not only one by 3 rings and a charm braclet I was treated unfairly and once she checked her camera she saw I did in fact purchase the ring yesterday I even bought another at this time even though I was upset her name was Henrietta and the manger was some Girl who has a white tank top on that was dirty and not white anymore !!!!!! Not ok

I had previously purchased the princess wish ring and wanted a ring that would pair nice with it. Every other word that left her mouth was that the ring was stackable. Stackable,stackable. They would process the card payment and had to walk the entire mall because their card reader wasn’t working

The sale associate this not seem to know anything. She didn’t seem to care for what I wanted and just told me what she had on site. She didn’t seem to bother to want to help me find a great gift option. She even skipped me when I go there first compared to another customer. While I was waiting 10+ minutes

I wanted to exchange my ring for a smaller size and I had the receipt and everything but they denied. Keep in mind I brought my ring that was STILL in the box and didn’t wore once but according to them it looked “worn and scratched”. How can my ring get “scratched” or looked “worn” if I NEVER WORE IT!!!! NOT EVEN ONCE!!! I literally just grabbed it to try it on!!!! So I had to buy a completely new ring because how can I wear a ring that fits TOO BIG?!?!?! Never going to Pandora ever again.

I was misinformed, sales person lied to me.

Associate ignored me for so long make me wait at the door. Even recognized me still ignored and not to say a word to me. She ruin my excitement and my day. I won't go to THE Pandara.

The store was great and the customer rep That helped me was amazing. But the overall product is terrible. The bracelet fell Off my wrist the next day .

I loved the service, since I walked in our sales rep was very friendly and helpful.

They gave me a bracelet too small for my wrist, I can’t put it on on my own. My family can’t even get it on. I will be going to another pandora to exchange.
