Hello, I saw a few charms on line and called the store in Vernon Hill, Illinois regarding some charms which they had at the store. The clerk held the charms for me and I was able to purchase them the next day. Very nice

Overall whenever I go to this locations, all the employees are extremely nice and friendly. I love how little water bottles are always offered!!

The sales associate Lisa S. that was helping me with my purchase was very rude. She continued to state how she had been at work since 10am. At the time that i was in the store there was a sale, spend $125 and recieve a $75 braclet free. She did not metion that she was sold out of 90% of the bracletes she simply said pick a braclete out of the catalog that you want. Each one that i choose she seemed to get more and more upset because she did not have it in my size. She then tried to give me a bracelet that was obviously to large for my wrist. (I had a braclete on that i had purchased prior to my vist, and the one that she was trying to give me was much larger than the one that i had on.) i told her that it was too large and she stated "Well rule of thumb is that you need to be able to fit 2 figure under it." However four of her fingers could fit under it. I honestly felt as if she believed that i was not going to make a purchase so she was wasiting her time. The reason i feel this was is because once i decided on two charms, and a safety chain her attitude became a bit more pleasent. Once she recieved my payment she was extremly pleasent, asking me to take this survey for her!

Stood there at the counter for over an hour and 15 minutes while the sales associates chatted with the few people ahead of me. It’s simply preposterous that it took me two full hours to buy two items I had zero questions about. Will never go to the store again.

sales associate and store manager did not know there products! I specifically went in for the 3 OM Charm, we were told they never heard of it and they would probably get in November. My husband walked to another case and found it. When we asked to see it, the ding dong associate said it's a 30 not 3 OM! We had to explain what the charm is and what it meant. The check out was equally as painful.

Sales person very unfriendly. She didn’t really want to help me even though I spent a lot of money there. I wore the bracelet and charm out and she was not happy to put it on for me didn’t show me how the lock worked and didn’t give me a box or pouch with my items. I probably will not shop there anymore. I have had bad experiences with most of your stores so I would rather order online

The sales associate was knowledgeable, but I felt she was extremely insensitive. I came in to buy a charm to commemorate my brother who recently passed away, and she didn't seem interested in helping me at all. In fact, she was rather rude! She ruined the whole experience for me, and made me feel worse during an already horrible moment in my life.

I came into the store to purchase a high heel shoe charm was not pleased with the actual size. Was sold on a promotional, you send a certain amount to receive a free jewelry box , so I did $144.99 was the total. The box I received was used and the zipper was broken.I traveled 65 miles to make this purchase and 65 miles to return it for another used box and plus there was no appolgy for my inconvenience, just another used box from a previous promotion...

I bought my daughter a ring at the Pandora in las vegas airport on Valentine's day. I asked if I can return if my daughter does not like it when I return home to Chgo, and she said no problem, keep the receipt. When I went to the store in Vernon Hills, I was informed I could make an exchange, but would not get the difference refunded- only a store credit. The receipt states" if you are unhappy with this product, we offer a 30 day refund on unused products with your receipt. It DOES NOT state only at the store you bought it at. I believe this is false advertising/ misleading and am very unhappy. The clerk at the Vernon Hills store was pleasant, and explained they always tell their customers. The lady in Vegas did not, and quite frankly, it should be clear on all the receipts.
