Batya made a great welcoming environment and help with my needs. Went in there for 2 charms and came out with more than 2 and a safety chain for my charm bracelet. She was very nice and helped mw with what I needed.

Sales associate Julieannenis very knowledgable and very pleasant and accomodating. Plenty of designs to choose. No lines and was assisted right away.

Walked in and walked out just how I expected because I knew what I was getting without knowing the name of the merchandise and the lady at the counter was so knowledgeable to know it all, I personally work at the mall and was on brake so she understood I was in a rush and had everything ready for me in less than minutes. Awesome staff!

She was very friendly and helped me find even MORE than what I was looking for! She helped find the right bracelet which turned into 2 bracelets. She was very patient and showed me differences in bracelet sizes until I felt comfortable with size.

I love the Pandora styles and designs. Quality is amazingly good!
