Fast and easy to work with

I had previous visited a different pandora and the sales rep was so standoffish snd mot helpful. I decided to leave and take a loss for the product. Then I went to a different store on a totally different day. I explained the situation to the sales rep she went to talk to the manager and came back. Such a positive experience and the sales rep was very charismatic and helpful.

Great customer service. Only issue is when completing transaction and using a $10 survey coupon code, if you try to add something to purchase and code is already put in, you lose that coupon. Please fix that if possible
