Friendly sales staff that took the time to answer questions and showed us lots of new product. Wonderful selection of jewelry and charms. Associate Henrietta helped us find great gifts for our daughter's birthday.

very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate, Henrietta! pandora does not have a selection for hockey (except a Canada one) so she recommended a personalized charm for another hobby of my daughter who I was buying for. She told me I could draw a hockey puck but I thought I would not do that well:)

They have all charms I was looking for to purchase. I got to use my gift card coupon, made my purchase easier to purchase as well, and I was able to get all charms I wanted.

I ordered some earrings and a pet tag online. You guys are awesome at collecting my order pretty fast. When I went into the store, I was helped right away and got my order. It took a minute to get the pet tag engraved, but everyone was friendly and handed me water. I did not mind the wait. I love Pandora!
