Excellent service! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Karina was awesome in helping me prior to my visit to the store and Caroline took care of me while in the store. Both made my shopping experience great! Thank you!!!!

Staff always friendly upon arrival to store. Love the merchandise and associates always attentive and patient upon selecting merchandise to purchase. Associates assist each other if needed. Always enjoy shopping at Hawthorn Center's Pandora Store.
