This was my first visit to this Pandora location and I was very impressed. I was used to waiting in a long line and then being crammed like a sardine inside the store like my visits to other Pandora locations (mostly woodfield and old orchard). All of the employees were very friendly and Batya was the person who was helping me. She was very knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for and I was surprised she knew what charm I was looking for when I asked because it was no longer online and I didn’t know if this store would even have it, but they did! She was very sweet and I really appreciated all of her help. I was able to purchase all of the things I came here for!

Pandora, I do not usually fill out surveys. Maybe two a year, but the service I received from your sales rep deserved my time to provide you with feedback. She was extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable about the products, explained the quality of the products in detail, and made recommendations in which I ended up purchasing double what I had planned. Karina’s recommendations made each selection feel a personal connection to me, with meaning and sentiment that I will always cherish when I wear my bracelets and charms. Karina demonstrated your mission with my sale - to offer customers high-quality products that inspire women to express their individuality.
