I was so excited to buy more of the Marvel charms!I knew exactly what I wanted and Sofiya was excited for me! Great shopping experience!

I had been looking for the Snow Globe charm for many months. It was out of stock everywhere. I was at this Pandora location for a different charm and asked the sales associate if she had gotten any more Snow Globe charms in and she did! I was overjoyed! I bought 2.

Our sales person Sophia was very knowledgeable and helpful! We looked at many charms before I decided which one I was going to purchase. She was very accommodating!

Excellent costumer service

I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of all the staff at this location. They were all attentive throughout my visit, whether it was with me or with the other customers in the store. They all seemed very happy to help and it was great to see how much they truly knew about the products.

La atención fue bastante rápida, apenas me paré en la entrada de la tienda e inmediatamente me atendieron. Las dos vendedoras fueron muy amables y lo mejor de todo es que hablaban español por lo que fue bastante agradable y cómoda mi visita a esta tienda. Se tomaron su tiempo para mostrarme lo que buscaba y no me apresuraron a comprar, pienso que estuve casi dos horas en la tienda y ellas me trataron muy bien. Sin duda regresaré a esta tienda buscando a las dos vendedoras.
