I came with a list of charms and a bracelet that I’ve been wanting to buy and when my name was called up next due to being busy, Susana F. helped me. She let me try on different bracelets to see which one would fit better and reassured me that if I had any questions to ask away cuz that’s how I’ll learn. She answered all my questions from how to care for the jewelry, Pandora store policies to the do’s and don’ts for owning a bracelet. Over all, she was very helpful and professional!
