I love Pandora. I have gotten bracelets for my sister and mom and I love that I can keep coming back and getting beautiful charms for them. It’s not so hard to find them a present anymore.

Pandora store in Vernon Hills Hawthorne Mall, lady there was so nice and willing to help in way she can, and I didn't know their were so many different options to chose for a Chicago charms. She showed me store exclusive Chicago charms, and all the ones they have in stock, so many to chose from. I did chose one, and I am amazed how many there were. She went over and beyond to help. Her name is Henrietta, and there were other items she showed me as well, as I am interested getting at some point. I will be making a holiday list for sure. I will be back to this location for sure as well.
