The sales the associate that helped me was so nice and was able to help me.

First: I filled this all out once & while thinking I found at the end I was "Timed out". The store personnel certainly beat out the tech crowd Hands down. This was the worst part of my experience. Visit was unusual as I was seeking info on substantial amt. of inherited Pandora. Bianca (141891) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She helped me select items for my bracelet, showed me how it all worked & sold me a couple if needed pieces. All of your store employees were very attentive to a steady flow of customers during the hour + I was there. I suggest you don't "Time" customers out while they are trying to express how well your STORE employees performed. They certainly did not "Time" anyone shopping out! Thanks Bianca, you were the best. Because of the nature of my visit some of my responses do not match your ?'s.

I really liked the social distancing put in place where only a few people were allowed in at the time, as it let me really take my time and decide what I really wanted to buy
