I previously ordered through the Milwaukee location three times and they didn't have any items in stock that were showing in stock online. After making the purchases my orders were cancelled and my money was on hold until the funds were reversed putting me in an awkward place. I also missed out on the buy 2 get 1 free sale due to the stores negligence but I reordered the items at this location for full price and drove out tp pick them up and it was a much better experience. The store had every item I wanted in stock and I even purchased more when I got there. The staff was amazing and very helpful. My associate Janet C. was a pleasure while helping me and my children and I would rather drive all the way to Chicago every time just for their great customer service alone than to shop here in my own home town.
